She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Orval and Mamie Shanks; her husband Duane Buntain; her sister Bernice McDonald; her daughters, Alice Jean Blackburn and Linda David; and her granddaughter Bobbi Lee Boblitt.
She is survived by: her children, Dutch Blackburn (Nikki), Randall Buntain (Rhonda), Roddy Buntain (Sandra Mattingly), Missy Boblitt (Gary) and Rita O'Rourke (Brian). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
