He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harvey Barnes and Ophelia Barnes; his wife Mary Florence Haydon Barnes; his brother John "Jack" Samuel Barnes (Ginny); and his extendeds, Jodie Haydon (Carolyn) of Bardstown, David Haydon (Mary Stuart) of Bardstown, John Haydon (Mary Ellen) of Bardstown, Steve Haydon (Carole) of Lexington, Cathy (Gary Varner) of Lexington, Paul Haydon (Umaara Hadley) of Louisville, Norma Jean Haydon (Ben Barber) of Bardstown, Sherry Bruce (Karlos) of Louisville, Charlotte Bickel (John) of Louisville and Greg Haydon (Charlotte Moffitt) of Springfield. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
