She was predeceased by: her parents, David R. Adkins and Hazel D. Bates Adkins; and her brother Gary Adkins. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Lewis; and her sons, Todd Hayden (Loretta) of Hawesville, David Hayden of Hawesville and Robbie Lewis (Kimberly) of Louisville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
