He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Rose Hagan Cecil. He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Bachran (Timothy), Henry Cecil, Kris Culver (Ray), Gina Sheldon (Tom), Beth Lawson (Jimmy) and Rob Cecil; and his grandchildren, David Culver, Lindsay Fowler, Michael Taylor, Angelica Cecil and George Cecil. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
