She is survived by: her husband John "Moose" Fultz; her children, Jonathan "Heart" Fultz, Gatlin Fultz (Aubrey) and Ashley Downs of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Kaden, Lorena, Damion, Dyllen, Syles, Celeste and Shanna; and her sisters, Rebecca Fultz of Bullitt County and Debbie Williams of Sonora. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
