He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley Miles Willett; his wife Wilma "Sissy" Willett; his parents, Albert Willett and Gertie Willett; his siblings, Donald "Duck" Willett and Martha Smith; and his stepdaughter Debbie Wine.
He is survived by: his sons, Chris Willett (Karen) of Lexington and Tony Willett (Jen) of Bardstown; his stepdaughter Angie Reed; his stepson-in-law Paul Wine; his grandchildren, Jordan Dixon (Tyler) of Winchester and Abby Lockhart (Weston) of Lexington; his great grandchildren, Layton Dixon and Georgia Kate Dixon; his stepgrandchildren, Whitney King of Jeffersonville, IN, Joseph King (Tina) of Jeffersonville, IN and Austin Wilder of Bardstown; his stepgreat-granddaughter Mira King; and his siblings, Freddy Willett (Mary Ann) of Holy Cross, Caroline Masterson (Jimmy) of Louisville, Jeannie Nalley (Frankie) of Louisville, Nancy Walters (Jim) of Hodgenville, Shirley Cooper (Larry) of Lawrenceburg, Johnny Willett (Patsy) of New Haven, Ruthie Forgie (Larry) of Pennsylvania, Wayne Willett of New Haven and Randy Willett of New Haven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
