She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Mae Yochum Hall and Virgil Hall; her husband Roy McBride; and her daughter-in-law Rosa McBride. She is survived by: her children, Debi Mathis (Mark), Lonnie McBride of San Diego and Roy McBride (Donna) of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Nika Mathis (Sam Lacy), Anya, Aria Mathis, Samuel (Bianca), Rebecca McBride, Kelly and Devin McBride. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home and Cremation Services (1475 New Shepherdsville Rd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the McBride family asks that gestures of love be displayed in form of contributions to the Cure Alzheimer's Fund or the New Life Center in Bardstown.
