She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lincoln "Link" and Elizabeth Annie Clark Ballard; her husband James Leon "Bill" Cecil; her son Joseph Wayne Cecil; her grandson Jack Kirkpatrick; and her siblings, Joseph W. Ballard, Shirley Head and Blanche Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Kirkpatrick (Don) of Bardstown, Marie Barnes (Steve) of Bardstown, Catherine Harris (Jeff) of Bardstown, Pam Cecil of Bardstown, Jimmy Cecil of Bardstown, Robert Cecil (Annette) of Bardstown and Tommy Cecil of Bardstown; her siblings, Joyce Patterson (Dave) of Rineyville and Thomas Eddie Ballard of Navarre, FL.; and her grandchildren, Lee Kirkpatrick (Ashley), Eric Kirkpatrick and Beth Cecil.
