She was predeceased by: her father Joe Daniel; her husband Paul Smith; and her siblings, Mary Jane Boblitt, Betty Vessels, Tony and Ricky Curtsinger.
She is survived by: her mother Ruby Burkhead Curtsinger; her children, Theresa Breeding of Bardstown, Sandy Ryan (Chris) of Bardstown, Joe Paul Smith (Angie) of New Haven and David Smith of Bardstown; her sisters, Rachel Greer of Bloomfield, Ruby McIntosh of Louisville, Rose Calvert (Kenny) of Bardstown, Debbie Finch (Allen) of Campbellsville and Rita Roten of Radcliff; and her grandchildren, Nicole Brandon, Fran Schadt, Olivia Ryan, Levi Smith, Christopher Breeding and Jonanthon Breeding. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
