She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Robert and Regina Rose Culver O'Bryan; and her husband Thomas Lawrence "Larry" Mattingly, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Mattingly of Bardstown and Thomas L. "Tommy" Mattingly, Jr. (Jessica) of Bardstown; her grandson William Thomas "Will" Mattingly; her siblings, Wanda Hawkins of New Haven and Kenny O'Bryan (Jean) of Bardstown; and her caregiver JoAnna Martin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home and Cremation Services (1475 New Shepherdsville Rd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
