Diane Lewis Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Lewis (Bardstown, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 16, 2019 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Michael Freeman Lewis; and her parents, Cecil Leathers and Nadine Leathers. She is survived by: her daughter Angela Smith (Jay) of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Michael, Brooke, Robert and Matthew Smith; her great grandchildren, Desmin, Lydia and Emma Smith; and her sisters, Judy Hunt (Tommy) of Bowling Green and Brenda Broaddus (Terry) of Bloomfield. She is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
