He is survived by: his nephew Chad Hurst; his son Noah Ballard; his mother Marilyn Clements Ballard of Bardstown; his siblings, Martha Diebold (Frank) of Louisville, Jerry Ballard Jr. of Shelbyville, Rosemary Miller (Ted) of Louisville, Theresa Hurst (Lloyd) of Bardstown, Mark Ballard (Terri) of Louisville and Ellen Sprigg (Bill) of Cox's Creek; and his pet Little Britches. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
