Worth, TX and Keri Jewell (Vernon) of Bardstown; his grandchildren, Nicholas Freeland, Brady Freeland, Erica Freeland and Virginia Jewell; and his sister Hilda Tapp of Charleston, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
