She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Catherine Lewis of Bardstown, Minnie Lewis of Bardstown, Carrie Lewis of Bardstown, Betty Squires of Louisville and Roy Lee Lewis (Rose). She is also survived by nieces, nephews; great-nieces and nephews; cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions may go to Bloomfield Cemetery.
