She was predeceased by: her father James Lee. She is survived by: her husband Larry S. Smith; and her siblings, Leslie Dominguez of Springfield, Tina Sallee-Foster of Springfield, Charles Leslie Hardin of Bardstown, Chris Sallee-Foster of Bardstown and Jerry Chesser (Sheila) of Willisburg. She is also survived by 6 nieces, 3 nephews and 4 great nieces.
