Allen of Bardstown, Kentucky, born in Fairfield, Kentucky, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Thomas Allen and Sarah Pearl Allen; and his siblings, Gladys Pauline Combs, Mable Jean Frazier, Mary Evelyn Allen, James E. "Jimmy" Allen, Paul Allen and Arthur Leroy Allen.

He is survived by: his niece Denise Taylor (Charles) of Bardstown.
