He is survived by: his father Gary Tichenor of Bardstown; his stepson Isaac Edenstrom; his brother Stephen Tichenor (Missy) of Bardstown; his nephew Chayton Wayne Tichenor; his niece Laylie Gale Tichenor; his grandfather Wendell Ockerman of Bloomfield; and his aunts, Sherry Higdon (Dean) of Louisville, Jo Carol Stephens (Kevin) of Bloomfield and Wendy Lewis (Jeff) of Bloomfield. He is also survived by many cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Brian Tichenor's niece to help cover medical expenses for Laylie who's in Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
