She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Metcalfe; her father Melvin; and her sisters, Geraldine Allender and Kathy Mattingly. She is survived by: her children, Paulette Metcalf of Bardstown, Gayle Grave of Springfield, Dana Metcalf (Candy) of Elizabethtown, Kim Durall (Jeff) of Bardstown, Crystal Padgett (Chuck) of Lebanon and Melanie Thompson (Mike) of Loretto. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; thirteen siblings.
