She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas "J. T." Cecil and Agnes Gondola "Tootsie" Bartley Cecil; and her sisters, Debbie Ann Cecil and Janice Carol Cecil. She is survived by: her brother John Richard Cecil Sr. (Bernice); her niece Melinda Cecil-Morrison; her nephew John Richard Cecil Jr.; and her great-niece Shelby Morrison of Bardstown.
