She is survived by: her sons, Perry Mattingly (Debbie) of Tampa and Alex Braxton Sisco of Bardstown; her granddaughter Amy Beth Ash; her son Cooper Ash; her stepgrandson Larry Shane Crump (Heather); her brother Alex Cooper "Sonny" Jackson (Louise) of Springfield; her nieces and nephews, Connie Sue Mattingly and Gerry Lewis Jackson; and also, Nicholas and Ellyson Crump.
