He is survived by: his children, Karson, Maci, Lux and Hayden; his father Michael Forbes (Katherine); his grandmother Elaine Forbes; his girlfriend Savannah; his siblings, Andrea, Ieasha, Carmen and Caleb; his aunts and uncles, Christopher Forbes (Michelle), Tom Forbes, Tremain Johnson, Shelby Forbes Ralston (Lily) and Taryn Reynolds; his nephew Miles; and his niece Madeline.
