She was predeceased by: her daughter Debbie Newton; her parents, Ules Riggs and Ursula Riggs; and her siblings, James Riggs, Harold Riggs, Russell Riggs, Joseph David Riggs and Mary Theresa "Dolly" Fox.
She is survived by: her daughter Annette Blaine of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Suzanne Blaine, Stephanie Blaine, Jessica McGuire, Johnny Blaine, Brandon Newton, Skyler Blaine and Dylan Blaine; and her siblings, Joseph Cyril Riggs, Grace Flannery, Betty Smith, Beulah Burgin and Faye Smith. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
