She is survived by: her husband Ken Smith of Barbourville; her children, Kendra Doolin (Michael) of Heidrick and Adam Smith (April) of Barbourville; her siblings, Pat Pike of Louisville and Carl Helton of Killeen, TX; her grandchildren, Samuel, Shepherd, Silas Doolin, Ronan, Elaina and Daemon Smith; and her brother-in-law Virgil Allen.
