It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgie Swafford (Barbourville, Kentucky), who passed away on November 6, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Jack Swafford; and her parents, Ben Lawson and Leddie Lawson. She is survived by: her children, Eugene Swafford (Gladys) of Barbourville, Jeff Swafford (Becky) of Maysville, Dewayne Swafford of Barbourville, Charles Swafford of Barbourville, Brenda Swafford of Barbourville, Alene Baker (Darrel) of Barbourville, Imogene Crawford of Fairfield, Vickie Swafford of Jeffersonville and Linda Swafford (Mark) of Barbourville. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and four sisters and sister-in-law.
