He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor McWilliams, Sr. and Ora Beatrice McWilliams (Lee); his siblings, Leroy, Stanley, Jerry McWilliams and Geraldine Rybski; and his brother-in-law Don.
He is survived by: his children, Jacob McWilliams (Milly) of Barbourville, Jason McWilliams, Leslie "Catfish" Blue and Jana Sutherland (Justin) of Bimble; his sisters, Dee Hale of Barbourville, Nancy Young (Clarence) of East Bernstadt, Irma McWilliams of Barbourville and Vivian Lambert (Russell) of London; his grandchildren, Robert McWilliams, Jacob McWilliams, Jr., Henson McWilliams, Madisyn McWilliams, Brayden Gray, Gavin Sutherland, Axel McWilliams, Makenna Sutherland, Selena Cobb, Alexis Payne, Grace Carter and Travis Carter; and his great grandchild Stetson Hunter (Johnny Elliott).
