He is survived by: his parents, Victor Bingham, Jr. and Shirley Couch Bingham of Gray; his sisters, Bonita Williams (Gary) of Barbourville, Bernadette Bingham (Gary) of Gray and Vickie Baird of Middletown, Ohio.; and his cousins, Brandi Baird, Brooke Rohme, Kathryn Bingham, Gary Wayne Williams II, Scarlet Williams, Carys Brewer, Landon Bingham, Judy Howell and Jeff Miller. He is also survived by the children in his extended family, especially his great nieces and great nephews.
