She was predeceased by: her parents, Ewell David Messer and Lydia Messer (Payne); her husband Lee Roy Mills; and her son Rondall Mills. She is survived by: her children, Randall Mills (Anita) of Barbourville, Michael Mills (Kathy) of Barbourville, Wanda Stewart (Willie) of Barbourville, Connie Stewart (Jimmie) of Barbourville and Martin Mills (Jamie) of Barbourville; her siblings, Nelson Messer of Cannon and Esterleen Bussell of Tazewell; her grandchildren, Phillip Broughton, Brandon Mills, Brian Mills, Amy Sizemore, Tiffany Smith, McKinzie Gray, Matthew Mills, Gabriel Mills, Alishia Dales and Courtney Mills; her sister Oda Mae Goldsworthy; and her pets, Peanut, Skipper, Bruce and Tiny. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
