She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Lawson and Daisy Coker Lawson; her children, Jerry Lee Overton, Adam Glen Overton, Pharoah Overton, Helen Overton Sweet, Lola Overton and Alice Rose; and her siblings, Violet Sexton, Anna Lee Sexton, Cora Lee Stephens, Rema Hughett, Mamie Harness, Edna Lawson Lloyd, Robert Lawson, Arnold Lawson and Hobert Lawson.
She is survived by: her children, Ella Rose and Ronald Slaven. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
