He is survived by: his wife Faye Hoskins (Jones) of Barbourville; his children, Debbie Teague (Mark) of Barbourville, Pamela Hoskins of London, Kentucky and Mark Warren of London, Kentucky; his siblings, Sam Hoskins of Barbourville, Mittie Jones of Barbourville, Roy Hoskins of Dryden, Virginia of Erlanger, Kentucky., Gentry Hoskins of Erlanger, Kentucky., Myrtle Dawson of Erlanger, Kentucky. and Martha Davis of Erlanger, Kentucky.; and his grandsons, Justin Teague, Dylan King, Joshua Hoskins and Jaxon Warren.
