She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Sullivan Baker; and her sister Gloria Baker. She is survived by: her father Charles Baker, Jr.; her husband Tim Thompson; her children, Timothy Hubert Charles Thompson, Derick Ice Thompson and Sydney Jayleah Thompson; her grandson Timothy Carter Dewayne Thompson; and her siblings, Cheryl Thompson, Dewayne Baker and Mary Bryant. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
