It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Joe Engle (Barbourville, Kentucky), who passed away on October 30, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Engle and Thelma Hubbs Engle; his brother Jimmy "Bo" Engle; and his grandson Steven Rose Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Engle of Barbourville; his children, Rickey Engle of Barbourville, Lisa Mitchell (Fred) of Corbin and JoBeth Taylor (Tommy Lanham Jr.) of Barbourville; his siblings, Carolyn Engle of Barbourville, Betty Kulisek of Barbourville, Geneva Gray, Eddie Engle of Barbourville, Larry Engle of Barbourville, Tim Engle of Barbourville and Bill Engle of Barbourville; and his grandchildren, Alex, Kayla, Raymond, Kevin, Tori, Chris, Roman Makinley and Tripp. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
