Peavley (Vickie Matlock) of Barbourville, Steven D. Peavley (Amanda) of Corbin and Erik M. Peavley (Megan) of Barbourville; his siblings, Maxine Anderson of Gray, Hazel Owens of Gray, Bonnie Hubbs of Gray, Marjorie Benge of Corbin, Barbara Warren of Corbin and Jimmy Chet Peavley of Batavia, OH; and his grandchildren, Jared Goode, Dalton Matlock, Devon Hawes, Nick Hart, Brayden Hawes, Abigail, Jonah, Jeremiah and Hallie Kay Peavley.
