She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Chafin of Barbourville; her children, Mendy Mays (Terry) of Barbourville and Steven Chafin (Pamela) of Barbourville; her sister Debbie Russ of Barbourville; and her grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Taylor Mays, Brendan, Braden and Braxton Chafin.
