She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Fred Oliver and Fannie Partin; and her niece Whitney Frost. She is survived by: her mother Donna Fry Partin; her husband Justin Travis Mosley; her children, Haylie Madden, Lilly Madden, Landon Napier, Aleena Napier, Shelby Mosley and Tamara Mosley; her father Mack Partin (Phyllis); her siblings, Elisa (Michael Frost), Natasha (Jason Gray), Shawna (Joshua Lacy), Joshua Partin (Pam), Isaiah (Destiny Partin) and Clay (Amber Napier); her aunts, Teresa Bowling and Mary (Roger Asher); and her mother-in-law Lois Ann Brock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dowell and Martin Funeral Home (365 W Main St, Mt Vernon, KY 40456).
