He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred B. Kelly and Nannie Kelly (Warren); and his siblings, Ivan Glenn Kelly, Douglas Kelly, Lee Vaughn Kelly, Codell Kelly, Fred Kelly Jr., Mildred Osborne, Billie Kelly, Roberta Elmore, Jessie Alexander, Evelyn June Baker and Abbie Harvel.
He is survived by: his wife Chelsea Kelly; and his grandchildren, Neysa Mills (Dalton), T. J. Kelly, Keysha Patton (Jerry), Bohdan Kelly and Kenny Root. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and his neighborhood grandchildren and friends.
