She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Finley and Linda Elliott Wells; her husband Jack Brock; her son Allen Rowe; her siblings, Geneva Terrell, Elva Jarvis, Leora Brock, Dewey and Clifton "Clif" Wells; and her granddaughter Jamie Rowe.
She is survived by: her former husband Elmer Rowe; her children, Roger Rowe of Barbourville and Connie Lynn Brock of Barbourville; her sister Zelma Croley of Barbourville; her grandson Jeremy Brock; and her great grandchildren, Jeradon and Jaythan Brock.
The family requests that all visitors wear a facial covering and practice social distancing during the visitation and funeral service.
