He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodson Mills and Mamie Bargo Mills; his wife Linda Elvira Garland; his daughter Mamie Marie Mills; and his siblings, Linda Faye Mills Gray and Dellas Mills.
He is survived by: his daughter Lana Darlene Stidham (Joe) of Corbin; his siblings, Mona Jean Brown of Bimble, Wanda May Messer of Boone Height, Brenda Kay Bingham (Danny) of Celina, OH, Shelby Mills (Loretta) of Girdler, Lentus Mills of Clay County and Dallas Mills of Hopkinsville; his grandchildren, Joseph Michael Stidham, Keisha, Kaitlyn Victoria Gilliam (Matt) and Kassidy Noelle Stidham; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Weston and Waylon.
The family requests that all visitors wear a facial covering and practice social distancing during the visitation and funeral service.
