She is survived by: her children, Carmen Branstutter of Barbourville, Shannon Morgan of Barbourville and Shane Partin (Lesa) of Barbourville; her siblings, Geneva Smallwood of Barbourville, Catherine Hubb of Barbourville, Cephas David Smallwood (Karen) of Tennessee and Tony Smallwood (Debbie) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Samantha Corey (Michael), Joshua Corey, Brooklyn Young (Anthony), Matthew Morgan (Haley), Zachary Morgan and Lily-Ann Faith Partin; her great grandchildren, Maverick Brock, Carson Young, Jaxon Medlin, Bentley Medlin and Matthew Baley-Rich Morgan; and her nieces and nephews, Tisha Utterback Brown (Jonathan), Chasity Smallwood, William Smallwood, Mark Smallwood (Zilfa), Christopher Huff and Jamie Huff.
