She is survived by: her children, Eric Harvey Collins (Melissa Renae) of Barbourville, Lisa Joyce Sample-Brown (Timothy) of Bowling Green and Cindy Anne Swafford (Timothy Lynn) of Corbin; her sisters, Charlet Ostholthoff Wehman (Derek) of Cincinnati, OH, Carol Jean Nimmo (Thomas) of Martinsville, IN and Nora Lee Rust (David Berry); her grandchildren, Elaine Joyce Brown Montgomery (Chad), Kari Anne Williamson, Barak Bruce Williamson, Jacob Eric Collins (Kaitlin), Jordan Trevor Collins, Jaxon Dakota Collins and Jathan Tyler Collins; and her great grandchildren, Lillian Joyce Montgomery, Logan Michael Montgomery and Hudson Krew Collins.
