She was predeceased by: her parents, Covy Lumpkins and Florence Brock Lumpkins; her husband Ray Blair Canady; her son Mark Edward Canady; her siblings, Peggy Kiser, Ragland Hall, Deanna Hicks, Covy Lumpkins Jr., Eugene Lumpkins and Charles Lumpkins; and her daughter-in-law Amy Hampton Canady.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Canady (Sheila) of Gray, Eric Canady of Barbourville and Brent Canady (Carrie) of Lexington; her sister Joy Disney (Terry) of Corbin; and her grandchildren, Chase Canady, Jessica, Travis Canady, Jeffrey Canady (Brooke), Jared Barton, Mary Catherine, Noah Canady, Jared Brewer, Jordyn Lawson (Zach), Hayden Canady, Lauren, Erica Tory Canady and Reese Blair Canady. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
