It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra June Valentine (Barbourville, Kentucky), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 9, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Rebecca McCormick; and her parents, Dovey Willie Donaldson Neumann and William Frederick Neumann. She is survived by: her husband John.
