She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Phelps and Luna Phelps; her husband Charlie Hill; and her siblings, George, Floyd Phelps, Fernell Phelps, Maxine Hall, Jaunita Hall, Irene Beasley and Wanda Sears.
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Hill (Karen) of Barbourville, Allison Phelps Hilbert of Somerset and Col. Allen Phelps of Omaha, NE; her sisters, Geneva Colyer of Zanesville, OH and Lois Allen of Louisville; her grandchildren, Sarah Clouse, Robbie Hill, Andrew Seth Hill, Reese Hill, Charlie Hilbert and Callie Hilbert; and her great grandchildren, Brayden Clouse, Emma Clouse, Charles Robert Hill, Rylee Hill, Reed Hill and Bo Miner Hill. She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
