With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rufus D. Mills Sr. of Barbourville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 14, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Marsh Mills Sr. and Bonnie Hensley Mills; and his son Ray Steven Mills. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Mills of Barbourville; his sons, Rufus Mills Jr. (Rebecca) of Gray and Phillip Daniel Mills (Casey) of Artemus; his siblings, Diana Scalf of Barbourville, David Mills (Sharon) of Barbourville and Frank Mills (Jamie Rose); and his grandchildren, Zander Trey, Zane Dawson Mills and Landon Smith.
