He is survived by: his wife Judy Maynard Terry; his sons, Anthony and Mark; his grandchildren, Kris, Kyle, Kira and Kody; and his siblings, Maudie, Jean, Ruby, Elmer, Shelby, Jr. and Glenn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
