We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Rodney J. Parsons of Barbourville, Kentucky, born in Corbin, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mallie Parsons and Oscar Parsons of Barbourville, Kentucky.; and his son Rodney D. Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Parsons; his daughter Candace Higgins (Jim); his daughter-in-law Melissa Parsons-Mitchell (Todd); his grandchildren, Will Higgins, Mallie Higgins and Clay Parsons; his sister Myra Hensley (Bill); and his aunt Sybil Parsons. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cross Fund at Gardenside Baptist Church.
