Robert Downing Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Downing of Barbourville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 14, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Downing and Mary Helen Downing; and his siblings, Earnest D. Downing, Melva Baldwin, LaDonna Block and Betty Ann Haven.
He is survived by: his wife Amanda Downing (Hubbard) of Barbourville; his children, Robert Downing, II (Kim), Nancy Wheeler (Danny) and Mary Girten (Tom); and his brother Richard Downing (Phyllis) of Michigan. He is also survived by grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
