She is survived by: her granddaughters, Tammy Kerns of Beckley and Amy Sowers (David) of Virginia Beach; her great grandchild Alexander; her son-in-law Bill Kerns (Rachel); her niece Loretta Elmore (Joe); and her friend Rita Pettry.
