He is survived by: his wife Sue Brown of Barbourville; his children, Stacie Carnes (David) of Barbourville, Amy Monaghan and Jason of Lexington; his siblings, Bernice Wheeler (Mike) of Macomb, MI, Helen Grubb of Bowling Green, Marjorie Boggs of Barbourville, Shiree Young of Barbourville, Willard Brown (Ruth) of Piqua, OH, Randall Brown of Barbourville, Rodney Brown (Darla) of Corbin, Ricky Brown of Barbourville and Tim Brown (Lisa) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Keisha Jackson (Chris), Katelyn Hanson (Travis), Abigail Carnes, Brad, Talan Monaghan, Addison, Anderson and Heartly Walton; and his great grandchildren, Cash Hanson, Tytus Jackson, Kingsley Carnes, Deacon Carnes and Tucker Jackson.
