He is survived by: his parents, Randall Collett and Lavonda Jane Thomas Collett; his stepmother Eva Dean Collett of Chappell, KY.; his daughter Aniyah Grace Collett; his stepchildren, Bentley Epley of Middlesboro, KY., MaKaylynn Epley of Middlesboro, KY. and McRaelyn Collett of Middlesboro, KY.; his close friend Laurna Epley; and his sisters, Margie Nicole Brock, Atosha Maria Collett, Keesha Jeanette Collett and Miranda Jean Collett. He is also survived by 5 nieces & 4 nephews.
