He was predeceased by: his parents, George Napier and Rebecca Ann Napier (Swanson); his wife Hazel Joyce Frazier; his son Kenneth Napier; his granddaughter Leanne Napier; and his brothers, Joe Napier and Clell Napier.
He is survived by: his sons, David Napier (Stephanine) of Barbourville and Richard Napier of Barbourville; his sister-in-law Recia Napier of Straight Creek; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Melinda, Jessica, Brian, Michael, Cassidy, Kailey and Shae; his great grandchildren, Brady, Cody, Levi, Cooper, Reese, Dominique, Bella, McKinleigh, Rayden, Jade, Megan and Troy; his great great grandchild Eli; and his nephews, Jerry Napier and Paul Napier. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
